AMANDA Holden was left in tears after reuniting with best friends Angela Griffin, Tamzin Outhwaite and Lisa Faulkner for a socially distant walk.

The 49-year-old Britain’s Got Talent judge got all emotional as she met up with her famous pals for the first time in months.

Amanda posted a snap of herself alongside the three woman on Instagram today.

The photo shows the group making the most of lockdown measures easing – allowing different households to meet up outside at a distance of two metres.

And it’s clear the rule certainly took its toll on Amanda, who confessed she cried when she got together with her girlfriends.

Alongside the snap, she said: “Omg. I literally cried when I saw these #girls in the flesh for the first time since #lockdown – a socially distanced walk this morning. SOOO WONDERFUL to be with them.”

Posting a snap of their Zoom call, former Coronation Street star Angela revealed: “It’s me, Lisa Faulkner, Nicola Stephenson, Tamzin Outhwaite, Tracy Ann Oberman, Amanda Holden, Sarah Parish and Lucy Gaskell.

“We have cocktails, we’ve done a pub quiz and also played bingo and me, Lisa and Nicola FaceTime each other every day.

“Sometimes we cry, sometimes we laugh, sometimes we moan and sometimes we just have a cup of tea.

“We know we’re lucky that we’ve got gardens, but if lockdown does your head in, it does your head in! It doesn’t matter if you’ve got outside space or not!”

The women have been friends for years and are often spotted at showbiz parties together.

During the pandemic, Angela and Tamzin have been busy working on a pioneering new drama – the first series filmed under the strict rules of lockdown.

The cast, who were isolated as far afield as Brighton, Cheshire and London, couldn’t see each other in the flesh, rehearsed via Zoom and filmed the show on iPhones in their own homes and gardens.

Their husbands, boyfriends and children were roped in to play some of the roles and also help with filming.
