And the Britain’s Got Talent judge joined several celebrities who acknowledged the week, which takes every year between 9 and 15 October.

The week aims to unite bereaved parents, their family and friends as they commemorate their baby’s lives.

Marking the occasion, Amanda shared a video of a flickering candle while her version of With You from Ghost the musical played over.

Captioning the poignant post, she wrote: “This light & song are for you Theo 🥰 and all the babies whose beautiful souls never made it to earth 😇 #waveoflight #babylossawareness #babylossawarenessweek”.

Jamie Oliver‘s wife Jools also shared an emotional post in light of Baby Loss Awareness week and paid tribute to her own “5 little stars”.

In July, the 45-year-old revealed she suffered a miscarriage during lockdown.

Jools and Jamie have children Poppy, 18, Daisy, 17, Petal, 11, Buddy, nine, and River, three, together.

However, the mum-of-five explained that since giving birth to her son River in 2016, she had lost three babies and had two miscarriages prior to having her youngest.

Posting a photo of a lit candle, she penned a heartfelt caption: “Our candle burns brightly to mark the end of baby loss awareness week.

“So many gut wrenching stories of loss, heartbreak, bravery and strength at the most unimaginable time of losing a baby, either through miscarriage, still birth or neonatal death x.

“It has been a privilege to have listened to such incredible women/men and families open their hearts out and tell their stories of their beautiful stars in the sky to raise much needed awareness.

“A very emotional week. Our candle as always burns brightly for little Archie and our own 5 little stars we never got to hold in our arms xxx”.

Former Corrie star Kym Marsh also paid tribute to her late son Archie, who she had with then-husband Jamie Lomas.

The soap star sadly lost Archie, who was born prematurely, shortly after his birth in 2009.

The 44-year-old took to Instagram to share her story in the hope to “break the silence of baby loss”, showing a number of items she has to remember her son.

Kym thanked those closet to her and Jamie at the time for helping them “through the darkest times of our lives” in her lengthy caption.

She penned: “Remembering all of the babies who gained their wings far too soon.

“Today is a day to remember our children, celebrate the time they were here, whether they were born or not, give thanks to those who helped us through the darkest times of our lives and help to raise awareness and break the silence of babyloss.

“I am a mother without her child. I am not afraid to talk about him or to share my experience but that wasn’t always the case,” she contined.

“Talking is the biggest step forward, it’s the one thing that helps you heal, helps to raise awareness, to lift the stigma and break the silence.

“I know only too well how hard it is, so many feel they have nowhere to turn, no one to talk to, like no one understands.

“Believe me there is so much support out there for parents. You just need to reach out, let someone listen, let someone help.”

Kym, who welcomed daughter Polly, nine, with Jamie, also praised the charity Saying Goodbye, which supports those affected by baby loss in pregnancy, at birth or infancy.

The TV star said: “Reach out, talk, people are there for you. You are not alone. All that is left to say now is, fly high all you beautiful angels, I hope you’re all having fun wherever you are. Sleep tight”.

Elsewhere, former Strictly pro Natalie Lowe shared her experience of baby loss with an emotional post.

The dancer, 40, reflected on her two miscarriages in the heartbreaking post and urged those suffering to ask for help.

She penned alongside a black and white photo of herself: “Today is the last day of Baby Loss Awareness Week.

Today is the last day of Baby Loss Awareness Week. I’ve been thinking a lot about whether to post about it as so conscious that there are a lot of women going through situations right now that are a lot tougher than the two miscarriages I suffered. I also don’t want this to be a ‘look at me now with my baby’ post. As again, this might not be the reality for others. What I do want to say though, if you are suffering, please please do speak to somebody about it. Whether that’s your partner, a parent, a friend, a brilliant charity like @miscarriageassociation or just anybody that you feel comfortable talking to. Life might not get back to how it was but I promise you it does get better. Be kind to yourself and surround yourself with as much love as you can. X x
