MODEL Caprice Bourret has accused ITV of having no duty of care on Dancing On Ice.
Caprice, 48, also said she had quit reality TV for good.
She claimed bosses sided with bullying skating partner Hamish Gaman, 36, after they split within two weeks.
Caprice, who switched pros but quit earlier this month, said: There is no duty of care. In America, they have to have it or they get sued.
Its just thinking about other people, its just common decency, I think, when it comes to these kind of destructive shows. We have to have a soul at some point for Gods sakes.
Thank God people are talking about it at the moment more, but its sad what had to happen for people to do that.
The mum of two says she preferred her stint on Channel 5s Celebs on the Farm last year.
Speaking at Scott Harrisons Eat Your Way To A Six Pack book launch in London, she said: I had the best time. I made the finals of that one. It depends on the production and the team.
London-based Caprice, wed to financier Ty Comfort, 54, has also been in Splash and Celebrity Big Brother. She said: I used to love reality, but I wont be doing it again.
ITV said: We take our duty of care very seriously. We have always been fully committed to ensuring that everyone involved on Dancing On Ice is fully supported.
A show source added: Dancing On Ice is by its nature a physical challenge. Celebrities have access to a psychologist and are offered counselling.
“There is also an on-site physio and GP for mental and physical wellbeing.
