JOE Swash has revealed he hasn’t had sex with Stacey Solomon “in so long” as he admitted he’d be “nervous” to try.
The Dancing On Ice star bravely admitted he hasn’t made a move on his girlfriend in quite some time after the birth of their first son together, Rex.
The popular couple appeared on Loose Women together today and discussed adjusting to life when your spouse is coupled up with another woman on a show.
And Joe has been spending a lot of time away from Stacey and the kids whilst competing on Dancing On Ice with Alexandra Murphy.
As Eamonn Holmes joked about needing bedroom enhancers to get in the mood with wife Ruth Langsford, Joe interrupted.
He said: “Listen it’s been so long I think I’d be a little bit nervous the next time we do it.”
Stacey joked that she wanted Joe to get the boot from Dancing On Ice so that they could spend more time together.
She said: “I love that Joe is doing something he really enjoys and his dance partner is amazing … but I do miss him.”
And Joe added about his skating partner: “Alex love Stacey, I have to say to her ‘can we stop talking about Stacey’ because she loves Stacey that much.’
“It’s difficult for both of us, I’m training physically and mentally hard, and Stacey is working hard (as a mum) which she doesn’t stop telling me about.”
She has son Zachary, 11, with ex-boyfriend Dean Cox and seven-year-old Leighton with ex-fiance Aaron Barnham.
Stacey and Joe, 37, met six years ago after she won I’m a Celebrity and started dating in 2016.
Before welcoming their first child together, Stacey said: “We just genuinely really love each other and care about each other.
“I know he’s going to be a fantastic dad to our baby – he already is to my boys and his son Harry [11, from a previous relationship].”
