JOE Swash delighted fans as he showed off his body transformation on tonight’s Dancing On Ice semi-final.
The 38-year-old star playfully tore open his shirt at the end of his first performance this evening – after skating to Rod Stewart’s hit Do Ya Think I’m Sexy.
The father-of-two shocked viewers at home as well as the ITV judges, with John Barrowman even asking Joe to show off his six-pack for a second time as he gave his critique.
Meanwhile, fans flocked to social media to share their reaction to Joe’s impressive abs, with one writing: “Bloody hell, Joe Swash is in good nick isn’t he?!”
Another added: “Joe Swash is fit as f***k”.
A third gushed: “Wow, Joe was certainly sexy!”
Joe previously claimed that he has been GAINING weight while competing on Dancing On Ice, insisting that he can’t stop snacking during the gruelling training.
Speaking to The Sun Online, the star revealed: “I went to see Sharon (the show physio) and I swear to god I’ve put on weight.
“At least a couple of pounds.
“I thought I felt a bit heavy, I’m a couple of pounds heavier than when I started.
“It’s not muscle. It’s from snacking!”
Joe – who is dating Stacey Solomon – still has another performance to go this evening, which will be a moving tribute to his late father.
