STACEY Solomon still can’t stop laughing at Joe Swash’s head bandage – and says he looks like Mother Teresa.
The Loose Women presenter got the giggles when Joe returned home last night wearing the protective head gear following his emergency ear operation.
He’s suffering from an ear infection after being kicked with an ice-skate.
Despite the seriousness of Joe’s condition, Stacey managed to see the funny side and compared her other half to sainted Catholic nun and missionary, Mother Teresa.
Sharing footage of Joe cuddling up to baby Rex wearing his headband, Stacey said: “Joe’s home… or should I say Mother Teresa’s back.”
She then posted a pic of Joe next to Mother Teresa, saying: “Your messages crack me up, you’ve got to stop. My pelvic floor muscles aren’t coping.”
As the couple settled into bed for the evening, Stacey wish everyone a good night, while Joe added: “May the Lord be with you.”
The 38-year-old was kicked in the ear by his dance partner Alex Murphy on Wednesday as they rehearsed for Sunday’s Dancing On Ice final.
Joe has made it to the final three to compete against Perri Kiely and Libby Clegg.
Explaining why he had to wear the bandage to fans, Joe said: “I thought we’d get the elephant out of the room and talk about this stupid, ridiculous bandage on my head.
“So basically what happened was me and Al were doing disco dad and her skate kicked me in the ear which gave me cauliflower ear
“Then it go infected which meant last night I had to get rushed to hospital and have an operation on it and cut it open and drain out all the gooey stuff.”
