HOLLIE Arnold revealed she lost a STONE in two weeks on the I’m A Celebrity diet of beans and rice.

The Paralympian, 26, revealed the strict diet in the castle actually shed her the weight – but worries that it also effected her muscle mass.

Hollie Arnold during the first days of camp

In fact, Hollie – who was the first to leave the castle on Friday – said her stomach had shrunk in two weeks so much that she couldn’t overindulge when she returned to the hotel.

Speaking on I’m A Celeb spin-off show The Daily Drop, she told host Vick Hope: “I’ve currently lost nearly a stone so I’m actually really happy. I also kind of feel bad as I feel like I’ve lost a bit of muscle mass, too.”

The athlete continued: “I took my hat off. There was the lovely food and they’d written ‘welcome Hollie’.

“I saw chips and crisps and went straight for that. Food, flavour, salt! After that much chips [mimes small amount] I was like, ‘I feel sick’.

After the show, she said she lost a stone

“There was fruit, chocolate and crisps and everything and I was like, ‘Why can’t I finish this?’ My stomach has shrunk so much.

“The best way they’ve told us is to eat slowly and gradually throughout the day. But I can’t wait to have fish and chips from Grimsby, and curry sauce and scraps and maybe a battered sausage on the side.”

Hollie broke down in tears when she was kicked out of the castle on Sunday.

Writing about the experience on Instagram, she said: “WOW, I’ve had the most INCREDIBLE time in the camp and I’m so lucky to have experienced and been part of I’m a Celebrity 2020.

Hollie was the first person to leave

“Completely heartbroken to have left the camp, but overwhelmed with all the support and lovely messages I’ve received over the last 2 weeks, I can’t thank you enough.

“Once the next few busy days are over, I can’t wait to keep you updated on my journey to Tokyo and beyond.”

New episodes of I’m A Celebrity…The Daily Drop hosted by Vick Hope will be on the ITV Hub daily.
