CORONATION Street star Andy Whyment is the odds on favourite to be crowned King of the I’m A Celeb Jungle, according to bookies.

Meanwhile, bookmakers reckon Jacqueline Jossa will come second, with Roman Kemp taking third place.

Andy, 38, leads the way at 2/7, with Jacqueline, 27, next in the betting at 4/1, meaning Roman, 26, is tonight’s rank 10/1 outsider.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Andy has stole the show Down Under this year and it looks as though Jacqueline will be finishing second the the Corrie star.”

Good Morning Britain host Kate Garraway narrowly missed out on a place in tonight’s final after being eliminated from the ITV show on Saturday.

The soap star was taking part in a Bucktucker Trial with Capital FM presenter Roman when he confessed his love for the alcoholic drink.

Fans of the show couldn’t quite believe that he preferred a rum over a pint, but it endeared them to him even more.

Taking to Twitter, viewers expressed their shock at Andy’s choice of booze.

While Andy’s Corrie co-star Sally Ann Matthews tweeted about Andy’s tipple of choice, and wrote: “Its literally all he drinks! He forced himself to drink beer about 18 months ago because Bacardi is never free at dos!!”

The actor became the 11th present and former star from the cobbles to appear in the Aussie jungle.

This years winner will take over from jungle King Harry Redknapp.

The former football manager was crowned the ultimate champ of I’m A Celeb 2018, beating the likes of Emily Atack and John Barrowman.
