I’M A Celebrity star Nadine Coyle’s accent was branded “outrageous” by some fans who are urging producers to subtitle her comments.
Twitter was flooded with confusion over the popstar’s Northern Irish twang as the ITV reality series kicked off yesterday.
Nadine, who formed a close friendship with Caitlin Jenner as they entered camp, is from Londonderry.
Yet since living in America with former American football star Jason Bell, the father to her five year old daughter, her accent has become understandably mixed between the two.
Struggling to cope with her annunciation and far from monotone way of speaking, one fan took to Twitter to suggest they needed assistance.
They wrote: “The first challenge for Nadine is to hit the subtitle button so everyone can understand what she said.”
Another went one step further and put: “Starting a petition for @ITV to subtitle everything Nadine says #ImACeleb.”
A third continued: “3 weeks of reading subtitles thanks to Nadine Coyle 
.”
One bluntly posted: “Nadine Coyles accent is, quite frankly, outrageous.”
Another surmised: “I do not know how Caitlyn Jenner understood a word that came out of Nadine Coyles mouth, Im from Northern Ireland and dont even understand her half the time.”
Yet many of the Girls Aloud singer’s fans rushed to defend her.
They claimed they could not understand the confusion over her vocal tones, as she was simply speaking with an ordinary Northern Irish accent.
One added: “Am I the only one who can understand Nadine perfectly orrrrr??”
Last night fans witnessed Nadine, 34, do the terrifying skydive jump with Olympian Caitlyn, 70,to retrieve keys that unlocked two Pontoons each containing five coloured tokens.
Meanwhile on the ground,fellow celebsJames Haskell and Adele Roberts were tasked with canoeing downstream to the Pontoons where they had to wait for the keys to be delivered to them.
The plane leap nearly proved too much for Nadine who was racked with nerves and became teary, prompting compassionate Caitlyn to give her a hug and reassure her.
