Caroline Flack wishes Love Island team and cast good luck at tonights NTAs as she swerves boozy bash

CAROLINE Flack has wished the cast and crew of Love Island good luck at the National Television Awards tonight.

The 40-year-old star, who quit the show after being arrested following a bust-up with boyfriend Lewis Burton at her London home, won’t be at the boozy bash.

She wrote: “Good luck to all the team and cast at tonight’s NTAs… it’s such a fun night… cmon Love Island.”

The show has been nominated in the Best Challenge Show category, against a range of other big-hitters.

It will battle MasterChef, The Apprentice, The Circle and Great British Bake-Off to pick up the award.

The show is currently being hosted by Caroline’s pal – and girlfriend of voiceover star Iain Stirling – Laura Whitmore.

She posted a message on Instagram saying: ‘It’s such a fun night’

But The Sun this week revealed Caroline has been told ITV chiefs want her back if she is cleared in court of assaulting boyfriend Lewis Burton, 27.

And a showbiz source said: Caroline has been toldLove Island want her back for the next series.

Laura has done a great job so far but the shows bosses dont feel she has the same pull. Caroline has also had interest from other networks, including Channel 4.

However, she knows she has to get through the court case first.
