Lewis wrote: “You’re both useless.” It has since been deleted.

Caroline, 40, has been keeping a low profile since she was charged with assaulting Lewis in December.

She was released on bail until her trial next month and is said to have ditched alcohol as she eyes up a TV comeback.

But her career and relationship are on hold until the trial in March.

Caroline was all smiles in a new video posted online

A judge banned her from having any form of contact with 27-year-old Lewis who she is accused of hitting with a lamp while he slept.

They were said to be covered in blood when police arrived at Caroline’s Islington flat after Lewis allegedly called 999 saying that Caroline “tried to kill him”.

Those who arrived at the bloodied scene on December 12 likened it to a horror movie.

Caroline has promised to break her silence about what happened, while Lewis issued a statement denying the assault ever happened.

The Sun revealed the pair had split amid tension about the court banning contact.

But Lewis said they’re still together – despite messaging another woman telling her he’s single.

He told her: “Me and Caroline dont go out anymore. Are you available next weekend to see me?

But the couple appeared to be back in contact as Lewis left the message underneath the video of Caroline today on her TV producer friend Mollie Grosberg’s Instagram.

She looked relaxed and in good spirits as she attempted to climb the wall at the Castle Climbing Centre in London last night.
