CAROLINE Flacks ex-fiance Andrew Brady has slammed their toxic relationship and said a leopard never changes her spots as she appeared in court today accused of attacking her sleeping boyfriend with a lamp.
The former Love Island host, 40, denied assaulting her current boyfriend Lewis Burton, 27 at her North London flat on December 12.
Andrew, 29, took to Instagram this morning to reflect on his past year, which saw him move to Australia to mend his broken heart following his split from Flack.
The Apprentice star and Flack started dating in February last year, becoming engaged two months later but splitting before the end of the year.
Writing about his experiences Down Under, he also addressed the relationship.
He wrote: I have ticked off so many things off my bucket list and added even more to it for future adventures.
I have made so many great friends, I have repaired a broken heart and made it stronger in the process, I spent so much time by my self that I thoroughly enjoy my own company and I have realised so much of my own potential.
I have had such an amazing year its actually made me grateful for 2018. Feeling as low as I did was the motivation
I needed to rid myself of a highly toxic situation and leave on a one way flight to Australia. I am so grateful I left and got away.
Andrew continued: However, I am deeply saddened to see my 2018 is looking rather similar to someone elses 2019.
It appears theres yet another victim of domestic abuse being silenced by a gagging order.
You may be able to silence victims but a leopard never changes her spots. The truth will come out eventually.
The Instagram post since been deleted and he later shared a message on his story saying: “I hope everyone gets the help they need.”
Andrew previously told fans he wasnt shocked when Flack got arrested and shared a gagging order he had been made to sign.
A spokesman for Flack said at the time: Any suggestion Mr Brady has made that our client is in any way abusive would be false and defamatory.
