How Dani Dyer hid her baby bump for months with baggy tops and designer handbags

LOVE Island star Dani Dyer shocked everyone with her exciting news that she was pregnant, but the signs may have been there all along.

Dani, 23, shared the happy news on Tuesday in a cute Instagram post alongside her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence.

She wrote: “Little bubba can’t believe you are going to be ours.

“Me and Sammy are so excited to start this next chapter in our lives, feel so lucky and grateful.. 2021.”

The MTV host kept her pregnancy a secret until the big announcement and cleverly hid her growing baby bump with some old fashioned tricks.

Wearing loose clothes, baggy tops and dresses, covering her bump with her arms, designer bags and even in one instance, an actual baby, were the lengths Dani went to to keep her pregnancy under wraps.

The bundle of joy is due in early 2021

But before that she was using clever tactics to hide her baby bump

It is the first child for both Dani and Sammy

Despite not revealing her due date or how far along she is, it is most likely she’s at least three months pregnant, given that most mums-to-be wait until they’ve cleared the 12 week mark to announce their news.

Exactly 12 weeks ago, Dani posted a sweet photo of her with Sammy and captioned it only with love hearts, leading many to believe it was the day they may have found out their happy news.

Her posts from there included one in a flowing, white strapless jumpsuit where she carefully draped her left arm across her belly.

Dani celebrated how “flowy” the outfit was on her Instagram, possibly because it was also great for concealing her good news.

Only a week ago Dani and Sammy “had a really exciting day” which was potentially related to their baby news.

She posted a mirror selfie of the pair and used her Louis Vuitton Mini Boîte Chapeau handbag worth £1,750 to cover her belly.

“He looks so miserable considering we had a really exciting day today,” Dani captioned the pic.

“I’ve told Sammy he needs to start smiling more in photos so he looks approachable in life Love him really…”

Later that week, Dani posted another pic in a loose, white jumpsuit with red flowers that gave her a lot of space around her stomach.

But the lengths she went to cover up got a bit extreme when she held another baby in front of her.

Cradling her friend Kayleigh’s daughter, Meadow, in front of her, Dani wrote: “Out with my Meadow moo”

The reality star also posted more selfies, showing only the top half of her body.

A recent post where she showed off her curls she got from an amazing dressing gown hack, only showed her from the chest up.

When Dani then posted a video showing her fans how to achieve the stunning curls, she wore high waisted shorts to keep her belly covered.

“Last night changed my life. I discovered how to curl my hair with a dressing gown rope!” she wrote on the post that only showed her from the chest up.
“Whoever thought of that idea is a genius, I shared how to do it on my stories”

Dani dated her Love Island beau Jack Fincham but called it quits soon after

The surprise baby news comes just months after Dani’s ex Jack Fincham welcomed his first child, Blossom.

Jack kept the pregnancy secret with Dani finding out at the same time as the rest of the world on social media.

Dani dated Sammy for a year before entering Love Island in 2018, which she eventually went on to win with Jack.

After their relationship ended following a series of rows, Dani got together with Sammy for a second time.

Pals expected them to wed this year, telling us their families are desperate for it to happen.
