MOLLY-MAE Hague has shrugged off critics, declaring that she “can’t keep everyone happy”.

The Love Island star, who is now a multi-millionaire, came under fire earlier this year after making comments about wealth inequality.

Molly-Mae Hague has accepted she ‘cannot make everyone happy’

Molly was talking about her own success when she declared that everyone has “the same 24 hours” as Beyoncé – who is worth an estimated £300million.

After being branded “tone deaf’, 22-year-old Molly apologised and insisted she “never intended to hurt or upset anyone”.

But in an interview with new! magazine, she has now said: “I’ve got a lot of young followers that are extremely affected by the things I say, so I’ve got to be super careful.

“I’ve had to accept over the last three years that I’m not going to be able to keep everyone happy. It’s not possible.”

Despite the backlash, Molly clung onto her newly-acquired job as Creative Director for online fashion giant Pretty Little Thing.

Last Wednesday, the star – who is dating boxer and former Love Island co-star Tommy Fury – launched her own PLT collection at London Fashion Week.

She is also set to launch a PTL Marketplace app, which will allow fashion addicts the chance to swap clothes with each other.

Molly had already established herself as an influencer before appearing on the 2018 series of Love Island.

Without even entering the villa, she had amassed around 10,000 subscribers on YouTube and about 100,000 Instagram followers.

But Molly now has 1.63 million YouTube subscribers and 6 million Instagram fans.

She admitted to new! that she ‘doesn’t miss her old life’, adding that she has “a million and one things to do every day”.

Molly described herself as “so blessed,” adding: “It’s the life I’ve dreamed of.”
