LOVE Island couple Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury toasted their first anniversary as a couple tonight with a luxury night on the town.

The pair, who hooked up on the ITV2 reality show on this date last summer, donned face masks and headed into Manchester for a night of champagne and selfies.

YouTube star Molly-Mae, 20, even broke her long-running booze ban when the waiter brought over a bottle of super-fancy Taittinger champagne.

She said, as the bubbles filled up her glass: “Don’t normally drink but tonight’s an exception.”

Earlier, the pair had put on matching face masks and left their luxury home for The Ivy in Spinningfields in the back of a cab.

And they even got a message of congratulations from Tyson Fury, Tommy’s 31-year-old boxing champion brother.

He told them: “I just want to say well done to Tommy and Molly for making it through their first year together. Congratulations, guys. Happy anniversary.”

Molly-Mae and Tommy became the people’s champions when they snogged on the show back in 2019.

The old smoothie told her: “”Every time I wake up next to you I just smile because I don’t know what I’ve done to deserve waking up next to you.”

Leaning in for a kiss he added: “If you’re not in this villa, I don’t want to be in this villa too.

Romantics among the Love Island viewership were enchanted, with one posting: “If Tommy and Molly didn’t just melt your heart ur dead inside.”

However, the love story did not propel them all the way to the winner’s crown, with that honour eventually falling to Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea.
