JACK Fincham has shared a rare photograph of his daughter Blossom in a sweet tribute to his late Nanny Kath.
The Love Island winner’s grandparent passed away in March after a long cancer battle, leaving Jack heartbroken.
Yesterday he shared a snap of Kath holding baby Blossom and smiling in a lovely family moment.
He wrote: “So happy my Nanny got to meet her beautiful great granddaughter I miss you every single day Nanny and talk to you and I know your guiding me every step of the way love and miss you xxx.”
Following Kath’s death in March, the 29-year-old shared a selection of photos of her, showing the happy moments they had together.
He wrote at the time: “Rest in peace my beautiful Nanny, I love you and miss you so much already, Nanny Kath.
“I told you everything and you always gave me the best advice. You were the rock of the family and not a day will go by when I won’t think of you.
“Love you so much, you were the best Nanny I could of ever asked for, I have so many amazing memories with you.”
He added: “I know you’ll be looking down on us all. You’re finally at peace now.”
Jack was inundated with supportive messages from his followers, including his famous friends.
Chloe Sims commented: “So sorry for your sad news Jack, sending you lots of love.”
Mario Falcone added: “Hope you are ok, my brother.”
The sad news came just weeks after Jack, who is now training hard to become a professional boxer, shocked fans by revealing that he had become a dad for the first time.
The reality TV favourite sent followers into meltdown with a photo of himself cradling newborn Blossom, having kept the pregnancy a secret.
He confirmed that he was no longer with the baby’s mother, Casey Ranger, but the pair remain “great friends”.
The little one’s arrival coming just nine months after the star split from ex Dani Dyer.
Dani, who is now in a relationship with Sammy Kimmence, is currently pregnant with her first child.
