JACK Fincham will become “the man he was meant to be” say pals, after the Love Island star became a father for the first time.
Jack, 28, shared the happy news with shocked fans on Saturday, taking to Instagram to share the news he has a newborn daughter called Blossom.
However, a friend of Jack’s has now revealed that fatherhood will “transform” Jack, who has always been “searching for himself”.
“While he was a client at the Celeb’s Go Dating agency, it was clear Jack was searching for himself,” the insider told The Sun Online.
“I believe fatherhood will transform him into the man he was meant to be.”
Jack revealed the heartwarming news to fans, admitting that he had kept the pregnancy private because he knew he needed “personal time” and to “prepare for this new responsibility”.

He posted a photo on Instagram showing him cradling the 8lb 2oz youngster, who was born on Friday, and said: “Im normally a very open book and share most of my life on my social media.
“This blessing I chose not to. Im just a normal geeza, who went on a tv show, which throws you straight into the public eye…which I will forever be grateful for.
“However I knew for myself I needed personal time and to keep this part of my life private to prepare for this new responsibility and part of me that will change my life forever.
“This is undoubtedly the best thing that has ever happened to me and its true what they say, the instant feeling of love and connection you have with your child is a feeling like no other. I want to thank my family and friends for your continued support, also to my little girls mother, who has been totally AMAZING throughout.”

The reality star had a secret fling with 29-year-old health compliance officer, Casey Ranger, just weeks after splitting from Dani Dyer.
Casey and Jack are thought to have been friends for many years.
