LAURA Whitmore bravely cops a face full of cold carbonara on tonight’s Celebrity Juice.
The Irish TV host lies on her back in the nauseating challenge as Celebrity Juice’s host Keith Lemon drops a bucket full of the cold pasta onto her face from atop a tall platform.
Laura is suited up in protective glasses and a plastic smock as she lies on the main stage.
She’s required to guess what gooey substance is falling on her face to win points for her team.
Keith shows the camera what is in the very big bucket as the crowd groans in disgust.
The sloppy carbonara is made up of tortellini, egg, hard cheese, cured pork, and black pepper.
“Let’s see if Laura Whitmore can tell me what’s come down the tube,” Keith says from atop the platform.
Laura’s opposing team captain, Emily Atack, looks on in horror and simply says “f**k” as the slosh is poured down the tube.
“Oh Laura,” Emily says in sympathy, as the host tenses up during the pasta onslaught.
Even Keith struggles to stomach it saying, “oh my God”.
Laura and Emily joined Celebrity Juice as team captains this year after This Morning’s Holly Willoughby decided to leave the show.
On December 20, 2019 Laura was announced as the new host of Love Island.
It’s been a big year for Laura, who also got engaged to her boyfriend Iain Stirling.
Comedian Iain, 32, proposed to the Irish TV host, 35, in South Africa in April 2020 with a yellow diamond ring he had designed.
A friend told HOAR at the time: “They couldn’t be happier. We’re thrilled for them.
“He’d obviously thought about it for a while, as he designed the ring and yellow’s her favourite colour.
“Their wedding plans are on hold due to the lockdown but it’s lovely to have a wedding to come.”
Laura got with comedian Iain Stirling back in July 2017.
Ian is best known for providing the voiceover on Love Island.
In June 2018 the couple moved in together.
Celebrity Juice airs tonight on ITV2 at 10pm
