LOVE Island fans were left stunned by the “stupidity” in tonight’s episode as Demi thought hollandaise was a language and a cat terrified the boys.

From trying to count to eight, to failing understand the Scottish accent, tonight’s best bits revealed the stars’ most embarrassing moments.

Demi laughed after realising her error

It kicked off with a discussion the meaning of life, which soon turned to chat about what would happen if gravity suddenly ceased to exist.

The Islanders were then seeing struggling to count to eight as Siannise taught them how to salsa.

And in a hilarious moment, Demi revealed she believed people living in the Netherlands speak hollandaise.

After Biggs revealed he was born in Holland, Demi asked: “So can you speak a little bit in hollandaise?”

Biggs couldnt believe Demi thought hollandaise was a lanauage

Shocked Biggs shouted: “Hollandaise? Hollandaise? It’s Dutch man!”

Of course she was mistaken for believing Hollandaise is a language instead of a sauce usually served with poached eggs.

One viewer said: “Its bloody scary how stupid some of the #loveisland people are.”

Another added:“How can Demi say hollandaise is the language spoken in Holland? Nah Im done with this show.”

Someone else said: “Demi thinking the language of Netherlands was hollandaise and being so sure about it is me when I’m wrong but want everyone to agree with me.”

A viewer joked: “Primark execs rushing to get Can you speak Hollandaise printed on T-Shirts #loveisland.”

Finn ran away when he saw the cat
It snuck up on the boys in Casa Amor – and their reaction was hilarious

The best bits episode also left fans in stitches as they watched all the boys get freaked out by a cat that walks into the villa.

“Don’t touch it, don’t touch it. I hear these round here are bad,” shouted Finn.

Luke M added: “They’re vicious. Cats are unpredictable look at its eyes, mate.”

Luke T insisted: “He’s cute though”, but was shut down when Luke M said: “Yeah it’s cute until it rips your face off.”

Later in a group chat back in the main villa, Jordan and Jess admitted they struggle to understand Paige’s Scottish accent.

Jordan said: “Sometimes when Paige it takes me half a second.. I feel rude saying that though.”
Ched added: “If I say ‘huh’ once and still don’t understand I’ll just say ‘yeah, mad, mad, mad’.”
