Alex, 29, and Olivia, 27, moved into the plush property at the start of the year and have been dedicated to transforming it into their dream home.

The pair have been keeping their fans updated on their progress with a dedicated home interiors Instagram account which has over 638k followers.

The last few weeks has seen the couple give the home a Christmas themed makeover, complete with huge festive garlands, multiple Christmas trees and life-sized toy soldiers.

But that hasn’t stopped their focus on transforming the games room into a sleek man cave, complete with a black pool table to match the room’s interior.

And Olivia revealed everyone was helping make the house a home as she explained: “I’m especially loving this one as this pool table was left to us by the lovely family who sold us the house!

“We really loved the shape & classic style but wanted to jazz it up to our more modern taste.

“My brother & Alex sanded it all down, painted it all black & we had my step dads friend come & re felt it!”

She added: “It’s super sassy now & was a right little home grown feature.”

The black pool table already looks right at home with the dark leather sofas in the room and Olivia explained there was more to come.

Describing a piece of brightly coloured art of a topless woman, Olivia said: “Welcome to the family of boobies PLAYBOY!

“This piece will be hung in this games room on that middle wall & some thick black velvet curtains will be hung either side, I honestly am in love with her!

“Thank you so much @nahlimusic you are super talented 😍

Olivia could not hide her delight over the new plans

She added that her step dad and Alex were working on a bar for the room too.

With the games room well on the way to being completed, the couple also shared their designs for their luxury master bathroom.

Olivia raved over the plans for the space with muted neutral colours, double sinks, wall-to-wall tiling and a freestanding tub.

She captioned the pictures: “We’ve finalised the design for the master en-suite & wow I’m in awe!

“The new large his & hers dressing room is what is through the black crittal door…”

She added: “We chose the brook bath… and it just looks so stunning & is comfier than the other one!

“The layout has been meticulously planned & I think we’ve tried every which way of lay out 😂

“Finding it so hard to imagine this will come to life by the end of January… thank you to @newdesignbathrooms & @mylife_bathrooms for bringing my ideas to life & giving me so much help!”

Olivia and Alex’s relationship has gone from strength to strength since they first locked eyes at each other during the second series of Love Island in 2016.

Just five months after leaving the villa Alex proposed to the beauty during a romantic holiday in New York.

They became the first couple from the ITV2 dating show to wed as they tied the knot in Gosfield Hall, Essex, in September 2018.

But despite currently creating their forever home, they won’t be sharing their pad with children any time soon after Olivia ruled out having kids in 2020 due to work commitments.
