LOVE Island’s Adam Collard distracted fans with his huge bulge as he worked out in tiny shorts at home.
The 24-year-old fitness fanatic provided his followers with a free personal training session via Instagram Live, sharing a clip from it to his main page.
In the video, Adam is wearing just a pair of blue, tropical-print shorts, with his impressive tan, rippling abs, and several tattoos on display.
Completing the workout at home, in front of a plush velvet sofa, the hunk talks through a variety of exercises to improve your legs and glutes, writing in the caption: “PT with me, how’s your Legs 1.0 with all the teaching points you need.”
But some of his followers were more interested in his body than the workout, swooning in the comment section.
Adam is one of several male celebs to strip off on social media during self-isolation.

Jake, 31, has spent much of the past few days half-naked over on his Instagram Story, completing a variety of challenges while flashing his abs.

Meanwhile, Love Island star Chris found himself so bored as he practised social distancing that he couldn’t resist mocking fellow Islander Joe Garratt.
Earlier this month, Joe left followers swooning with a picture of himself wearing nothing but tight, white underpants.
Chris improvised with his own custom-made pair of briefs, noticeably sticking a tube of Savlon and some socks in his pants to bulk out the bulge.
