The reality TV hunk, 24, left many people with their jaw on the floor with his latest snap and many blokes jealous of his ample assets.
The Geordie Personal Trainer, who was somewhat of a lothario on the ITV2 dating series posed wearing nothing but green briefs at the bottom of the stairs.
Adam captioned the Instagram photo: “lucky boxers tbh.”
His followers were hot under the collar and quick to comment on his latest almost naked selfie and his impressive bulge.

Adam confessed in his video caption he actually doesn’t train his abdominals every day to get his ripped look.
He wrote: “Morning AB routine actually only really do any ab work 2 times per week but here are some of my favourite exercises to try out.”
As a guide, he added: “All round 20 Rep mark. 3-5 rounds will do the job.”
