The PT and gym director, who also stripped topless for the sweaty session, filmed himself lifting heavy for a video posted to his Instagram page.
Geordie Adam, 24, quipped his Monday lowers training was a “no pants party” and fans were certainly more focussed on his figure than his alignment and form.

Adam, who dated Zara McDermott and Rosie Williams on the ITV2 matchmaking series, is no stranger to skimpy workout gear.
In one Instagram Live training session, his bulge proved quite the distraction in a pair of blue shorts.
Meanwhile some speculated he stuck socks down his boxers for an equally saucy Instagram shot.
Previously, Adam confessed in a video caption he actually doesn’t train his abdominals every day to get his ripped look.
He wrote: “Morning AB routine actually only really do any ab work 2 times per week but here are some of my favourite exercises to try out.”
As a guide, he added: “All round 20 Rep mark. 3-5 rounds will do the job.”
Adam looks to be back on top form after revealing he had contracted coronavirus following a holiday to Greece.
