LOVE Island star India Reynolds was heartbroken today as she took to social media to tell fans that her beloved grandad had died.
India, 29, shared an adorable video on Instagram alongside several photos of her grandfather as she paid tribute to him.
The short clip showed her elderly relative being presented with a kitten on his birthday four years ago, as India watched with a huge smile on her face.
She captioned the post: “Sadly my lovely grandpa had his final nap In his chair yesterday and closed his eyes forever. 
“He was 92 and although my hearts broken I’m so grateful for all the wonderful memories I’ll cherish, and even more so for all the weeks my dad got to spend caring for him during corona (sic).”
She continued: “This is one of my favourite memories, we got him a kitten as a surprise Christmas present 4 years ago and although he could no longer move around much, it was lovely to see the happiness it brought, and them napping together in his chair.
“It’s a strange time at the moment and I hope we see huge changes for the better. But please remember to love everyone a little deeper, laugh a little harder and dream a little bigger.
“You never know what’s round the corner. Sleep peacefully grandpa 
love you xxx,” the pretty brunette added.
Understandably, the reality TV star was inundated with sweet comments from fans and fellow islanders.
“Oh Reynolds I’m so sorry I know how important he was to you,” one person wrote, while another said: “Sending love your way sweetheart .”
A third person added: “Oh babe I’m so sorry for your loss 
sending you so much love 
.”
India also used social media to show her support for Black Lives Matter as she shared several things on her Instagram story, including a beautiful image of a white person and a black person embracing.
However, she later told her 1.1 million followers she had lost some fans due to the content of her posts.
But clearly India wasn’t bothered at all, as she wrote: “Losing followers when you post about BLM is like the trash taking itself out.
