LOVE Island’s Josh Denzel has gone public with new girlfriend Ruby Wong – 18 months after he split from Kaz Crossley.
The presenter, 29, shared a loved-up snap with the 24-year-old model and told his fans on Instagram: “So this is what life’s like over on this side.”
Josh’s pals rushed to congratulate him on the romance after he posted photos and a video with Ruby in Ibiza with the incredible sunset behind them.
And it appears he’s been secretly dating the stunner from Liverpool for months as Love Island 2019 star Wes Nelson, who lived with Josh during lockdown, wrote beneath his friend’s post: “HEEEEEEEZE my lockdown parents finally reveal themselves! Hahaha GANG”
Jack Fowler, who is currently on holiday in Ibiza with Josh, Ruby and Wes, commented: “What a couple” and Love Island 2020 star Luke Trotman simply declared: “Welcome”
Josh took part in the 2018 series of Love Island, arriving as a bombshell and coupling up with Georgia Steel.
However in one of the most memorable and shocking moments of the series, Josh ditched Georgia and recoupled with Kaz Crossley in Casa Amor.
The couple split in January 2019 and Kaz moved on with Love Islander alum Theo Campbell but they parted ways in February.
Ruby currently models for the likes of Boohoo and JD sport, after she was spotted while posing for a friend in a shoot on Southport beach in Merseyside.
She revealed in a BBC3 documentary earlier this year that she used to work three jobs before becoming a model – in burger van, in a hotel and in a restaurant.
Josh and Kaz did not end on good terms, with Josh even mocking her when she dated Theo Campbell.
Love Island fans slammed Josh when he posted a ‘petty’ tweet seemingly mocking his love rival just hours after Theo revealed he had gone blind in one eye.
As the news broke that Theo had lost the sight in his right eye after an accident with a champagne cork, Josh posted a meme on twitter which fans interpreted as a dig at Theo.
The meme features RuPaul’s Drag Race star Jasmine Masters looking shocked and yelling out the phrase “And I oop” after accidentally hitting herself in the crotch while recording a YouTube video.
Since the video was originally uploaded in 2015, it has gone viral and and is generally used to both express surprise and also throw shade.
Fans quickly clocked the timing of 28 year-old Josh’s use of the meme coinciding with Theo’s injury, prompting Josh to swiftly delete it.
