LOVE Island’s Luke M has revealed he’s still not made things official with Demi Jones as they struggle being apart during lockdown.

The Justin Bieber look-alike coupled up with Demi, 21, during the winter series of the show which ended in February of this year.

While they spent lots of time together after the show ended, they have been forced apart due to the coronavirus lockdown.

Opening up about their relationship during a Q & A on his YouTube channel, Luke told fans that they were still seeing how things went.

He said: “Me and Demi are good, obviously this lockdown is really hard for us. Obviously, we do see each other quite a bit, before that we were staying in hotels and working together and she’s spending lockdown with her family and I’m spending it with mine.

“We do Facetime, Snapchat and talk so we are going good.

“We are just seeing each other at the minute, we are just seeing how things are going.”

He added: “We haven’t had the full test on the outside world yet because of this lockdown, so we are just going to see how things go.”

Last month Luke was forced to deny cheating on Demi after he was accused of bringing a pretty blonde back to his hotel room after a club appearance in Cardiff.

A source said at the time: “Luke is aware that there are rumours he cheated doing the rounds on social media, but there’s no truth to it.

“He didn’t sleep with this woman or kiss her, and the video he filmed with her was a birthday message she wanted him to record for a friend.”

Meanwhile Luke and Demi’s co-star Callum Jones has said he thought they’d be the first to split from the series.

He admitted recently: “I would say Luke and Demi, but just because of distance.”

Demi lives down south in Portsmouth, but new beau Luke lives in the seaside town of Redcar in the north east.
