LOVE Island hopeful Paige Turley has claimed that her ex-boyfriend, acclaimed singer Lewis Capaldi, will mock her for her appearance on the ITV2 show.
The pair dated when in college, and it is thought Paige was the inspiration for best-selling single Someone You Loved, but she has now suggested that Lewis will not be letting her decision to enter the villa go quietly.

“Lewis is quite funny, so I think he will definitely make a joke out of it. He might even vote for me!” she said.
“I would love to be a fly on the wall, not just for Lewis, but to see all my friends reactions. Im sure he will find it funny.”
The 22-year-old told Radio Times that she doesn’t think Lewis will be writing any new songs about her, and confirmed that she was never told by him if Someone You Loved was about her: “I dont think he will. Lewis has actually never told me those songs are about me.”
She previously admitted that Lewis is “terrible with women” and useless at chat-up lines.

“He never had a chat-up line as such, as we went through college together. I kind of just fell into it,” she revealed of their romance.
“It was never like he tried to chat me up or such. It just kind of happened quite naturally. It was never like a moment where I could go, Oh, that was the turning point. It was just friendship level and then…”
The Sun first revealed that Paige had signed up to be in the ITV2 dating show last week, but she says she didnt tell her famous ex that she would be flying to Cape Town in South Africa to join the other contenders in the villa.
She added: I would love to be a fly on the wall, just to see all my friends reactions. To be like, Oh, my God. Thats actually her. Itll be a surprise for everybody.”

On Sunday, viewers will see Paige enter the villa with four other girls – Sophie Piper, Siannise Fudge, Leanne Amaning, and Shaughna Phillips – along with Mike Boateng, Ollie Williams, Connor Durman, Callum Jones and Nas Majeed, who will be looking to step forward for the girls.
Joining the islanders are twins Jess and Eve Gale, who fans think may be the last surprise islanders to throw a spanner in the works.
Host Laura Whitmore gave fans a glimpse at the first episode on Thursday as she shared a script, suggesting that filming has started already.
