SHAUGHNA Phillips has told fans she is now a size eight to 10 after a tough journey in her post-Love Island life.
The reality star, 25, shared a throwback photo of her as a chubby teen and a recent photo of herself looking slim and toned in a white bikini.
The Londoner revealed she had dropped down to the tiny size in an Instagram Q&A with fans.
Shaughna was taking questions on In The Style’s Instagram just minutes after she was unveiled as their new ‘Boss Lady’ ambassador.
She told a fan who asked about the sizes in her new range: “It was really important for me to cater to all sizes as possible so the range does go from size six – 24.
“I didn’t want to call it plus size or curvy because a size is a size.”
Her ambition to be inclusive of all sizes in her In The Style range comes just a few days after she confessed to overhauling her health.
Shaughna wrote on Instagram: “Me pre love island > Me post love island. Well not quite… but that’s how I felt!
“Feels so good to be back training regularly and eating the right foods again, mainly for my physical health, but now more than ever for my mental health! It’s so easy to fall into a bit of a ‘funk’ when we can’t do much, keep your mind ticking over and try and get some fresh air each day, your mind is your best weapon.
Shaughna finished “As Akon once said ‘I CAN’T WAIT TO GET OUT AND MOVE FORWARD WITH MY LIIIFFEEEEEEEE’.”
Shaughna’s range includes a mix of motivational slogans and famous phrases from her time on the show such as as “Congrats, hun” – the words she said to Molly Smith after she stole Callum Jones from her.
Yesterday Shaughna claimed that girls were made to wear high heels in the Love Island villa.
She decided to take part in a Q&A with her fans to cure her isolation boredom – and one answer revealed that the islanders had no say in what shoes they had to wear.
After stating that she was “bored AF,” the former democratic services officer asked her 1.5m followers to send her over some questions.
One fan asked: “Are you required to wear heels in the villa?”
Without giving too much away, Shaughna looked straight into the camera and nodded her head – implying that all girls had to wear them during their time on the dating show.
“This is my not impressed face… I haven’t got indigestion,” she wrote.
