ZARA McDermott has been forced to deny she is pregnant after admitting she has been throwing up for the last ten days.
Zara, 23, took to Instagram to confirm that she is not expecting a child with her boyfriend, Made in Chelsea’s Sam Thompson.
Posting a selfie of her pulling a sad face, the former Love Island star captioned it: “Lol no I’m 100 per cent not pregnant guys for everyone asking,” followed by a laughing emoji face.
However, it’s understandable why her fans may have suggested she was with child, after she explained her symptoms.
In a series of posts on her Instagram stories, Zara told her 1.3 million followers: “For the last ten days I’ve had this really weird thing where either before I go to bed or when I wake up in the mornings, I feel sick for like three, four hours.
“It goes on and on and gets more and more and more, and then I’m sick,” she continued.
“And then I still feel a bit bad for a couple of hours after and then it goes. And then it will happen two days later, three days later, and this has happened every couple of days for the last ten days. It’s just so random.”
She added: “So last night I literally could not get comfortable at all, and I thought I was just gonna be waking Sam up so I went upstairs to the spare room.”
Zara later told her fans: “I don’t think this is Coronavirus I think it could have been food poisoning maybe but for 10 days?!”
Zara is currently self-isolating with Sam and has been trying to come up with new ways to prank and scare him on social media.
Last month Zara revealed she was taking part in a new BBC documentary to talk about being a victim of revenge porn.
The reality TV star admitted she was at her “most vulnerable and raw” as she continued shooting the emotional programme before the UK lockdown was enforced.
Alongside pictures of her filming, she wrote on Instagram: “Some of you may be aware that I have been a victim of Image Based Sexual Abuse, which is also known as Revenge Porn.
“I am really humbled and honoured to announce that the BBC and I are currently making a documentary to share my story.
“My main aim is to bring awareness to this issue, and be a voice for those who have suffered in silence and to help make a change.
“I am sharing my story and being my most vulnerable, emotional and raw. This has affected my life and me as a person tremendously, and for the first time I’m confident enough to properly speak out and share my story.
“I am nervous to share these intimate details with the world but I hope that it will only make positive change and lessen the blame on us victims.”
The documentary will air on BBC Three in the next few months and is currently still in production.
