MOLLY-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury’s £4,250 a month Cheshire flat is already up for rent after the stars moved out following a robbery.

Love Island stars Molly-Mae and Tommy, 22, fled the penthouse apartment after designer clothes and expensive jewellery – thought to be worth £800k – were snatched.

An advert on a real estate website bills the property as being “secure” and “gated” with other perks listed including “impressive views across parkland from the terrace”.

The plush penthouse, which influencer Molly often used to film her YouTube videos, boasts 2500ft2 with a spacious and open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

The property is also impeccably finished, after Molly forked out to have her own HUGE walk-in wardrobe installed.

The room was stuffed with thousands worth of clothes and accessories, and featured backlighting.

The advert reads: “Stunning recently developed 2500 ft2 penthouse apartment superbly located …

“Impressive open plan living area with bifold doors to large terrace overlooking parkland, three large double bedrooms all with ensuite bath/shower rooms, extensive fitted dressing area to master. Two allocated parking spaces, landscaped communal gardens and lift to all floors.

It continues: “Finished to an exceptional specification throughout including Miele and Neff appliances and Duravit and Hansgrohe bathroom fittings. Comprehensive security systems and data preparation.

“Elegant architectural detailing includes distinctive high gables, stone lintels and sills to the windows, arched windows to the top floor and a beautiful ornate canopy to the main entrance.”

Molly-Mae is said to have feared that her “YouTube videos tipped off the gang” – and while police are investigating, no arrests have been made.

Molly-Mae and Tommy were out enjoying an evening in London at the influencer’s Beauty Works Christmas launch when their valuables were taken.

Sources revealed that the shaken star has “learnt her lesson” about sharing her purchases and details of her home online.

Insiders told HOAR the couple were so traumatised they moved out of the £1.3million rented accommodation straight away.

The insider revealed: “They’re both devastated and would never return to the flat.

“They had their remaining things that hadn’t been taken in the robbery moved out of the flat immediately – they’re already moved out and won’t ever return as they don’t feel safe.”

The stars are now taking drastic steps to ensure their safety, with hired protection and 24-hour security at their new location.

Molly is fast fashion brand Pretty Little Thing’s UK and Europe Creative Director, in a deal thought to be worth seven figures.

Already a multi-millionaire after her appearance on Love Island, the star often shows off her expensive gifts and pricey purchases on her YouTube and Instagram accounts.

The influencer has 5.9million followers on Instagram and 1.57million subscribers on YouTube.
