The blonde beauty, 21, posed for a make-up free selfie on her Instagram stories with her hair pulled back to show her fans an acne outbreak on her cheeks.

Molly-Mae asked fans for “spot cream recommendations lol”.

“My skin is very angry at the moment, no idea what’s going on with it?!” she captioned the selfie.

“Not changed my skin care routine and not time of the month.”

It’s been a rough week for Molly-Mae who just lost her friend to cancer

The reality star asked her fans for advice on how to deal with the bout of acne

She said her breakout didn’t make any sense

She announced that mum-of-three Cheryl Kellett, had sadly lost her battle with bowel cancer.

Molly asked her followers to pray for Cheryl’s children she has left behind.

Alongside a picture where Molly, in vibrant yellow trousers, cuddled up to Cheryl who looked elegant in a summer dress, Molly wrote: “Thank you for making such an incredible and positive impact on my life Cheryl….

One AMAZING woman, you’ll be utterly missed.”

She added: “Please can my followers pray for her three beautiful children at this heartbreaking time.”

Cheryl was diagnosed with cancer in 2020.

Her determination to raise awareness of the illness was shown through her extraordinary efforts to raise money for Macmillan cancer charity through her Just giving page where she did a sponsored bounce.

Cheryl wrote on her page at the time: “As if 2020 couldn’t be shitty enough with a global pandemic, earlier this month I was diagnosed with bowel cancer which has decided to take a first class trip to my liver and lungs! I am waiting to see which treatment I will be blessed with, in the meantime I thought I would keep myself busy and focus on something else rather than the s***show my family are facing. No doom and gloom allowed!

Molly-Mae asked her fans to send their prayers to Cheryl’s three children

I have taken inspiration from the twins at Coppafeel Charity and have decided to undertake a 5 hour bounce off.  The event coincides with the final of TGBBO, so my children and I will be channelling Bake Off vibes as we bounce (expect tunes ,glitter and Paul Hollywood masks).

We will be bouncing on trampolines for 5 hours and streaming it live on Instagram – pray for my pelvic floor. We will also be doing a prize draw on the day 🙂

Molly-Mae is dating her Love Island co-star Tommy Fury, 21

We are encouraging friends, family and facebook stalkers to join in the madness on the 06/12/2020. You can bounce, skip or jump for as long as your bladder dictates! “

She added: “Macmillan Cancer Support is here to help everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can, providing physical, financial and emotional support.

“So whatever cancer throws your way, they’re right right there with you. Let’s help Macmillan continue to provide vital support through 2020. Thanks for your support, Cheryl.”
