AS if The Real Full Monty weren’t bizarre enough it is returning with a new twist – it’s being done on ice.

And things are set to get very chilly as stars such as Loose Women’s Coleen Nolan and Love Island star Shaughna Phillips strip off.

The pair are just some of the stars taking part in the charity show, which is to help raise awareness of cancer.

Alongside them will be actress Linda Lusardi, actress Hayley Tamaddon and This Morning’s Dr Zoe Williams.

For the boys, those stripping off will include rugby star Gareth Thomas, actor Jamie Lomas, singer Jake Quickenden, jockey Bob Champion, Diversity’s Ashley Banjo and Perri Kiely and Love Island’s Chris Hughes.

Coleen, 55, explained Dancing On Ice judge Ashley was behind the move to the rink saying: “I’ll never feel comfortable about the end.

“I did think this year, ‘Oh, I won’t be nervous any more about learning a routine’ – then Ashley puts it on ice!”

Shaughna, 26, who appeared in this year’s winter edition of Love Island, added: “I lost my Dad in December 2016.

“He had cancer for 18 months and it completely changed my life and my perspective of what I thought was important.

“When my dad was ill, I felt like no-one had any idea what I was going through, even my close friends.

“So, if anyone watching this is going through what I’ve been through losing him and can then feel like they’re not alone, I’d be so happy to be able to do that.”

The Real Full Monty On Ice is on December 14 and 15 at 9pm on ITV
