DANI Dyer was not impressed after popping into her local Sainsburys to discover the shelves were emptied by panic buyers amid the coronavirus crisis.

The Love Island star spent her Wednesday enjoying a shopping trip to Zara but when she dropped into the local supermarket she shared pictures of the empty shelves, although she was lucky enough to pick up toilet rolls, waters and Uncle Ben’s rice.

“Anyone else panic buying? Is there anything I need to get? I am scared to be honest. 2020, what a year!” she shared on a Instagram story before leaving her car.

The World Health Organisation officials have warned national governments its time for aggressive action as the outbreak was declared a pandemic.

There are now more than 118,000 cases in 114 countries and 4,291 deaths, but it is thought this could just be the beginning of a devastating crisis.

It comes as UK coronavirus cases rise to 460 and the UK death toll hits eight.

Covid-19 is believed to be spread via droplets produced from coughs and sneezes as well as touching surfaces.

Britain’s chief medical officer, Professor Chris Whitty has warned that those droplets can survive on bus and train handrails for up to three days.

Health bosses have raised the risk to the public from low to moderate as one top expert admitted we have “lost track of who has it”.

Dani’s shopping trip came after she enjoyed a Tuesday afternoon in the pub after her nan and grandad took her to the local for a beer.

Following her split from boyfriend Sammy Kimmence, Dani’s nan knew exactly how to cheer her up, with a trip to the local public house and a cheeky pint.

“Nan took me for one beer and now I couldn’t happily sit down the pub all day (sic). Wearing my babe lashes @sosu_bysuzannejackson,” shared Dani alongside a picture of her relaxing in a chair, bottle in frame.

In Instagram stories, she also revealed Bruv, also known as her grandad, had joined them, writing: “Oh I love my Bruv so much.”

The Sun Online exclusively revealed yesterday that Dani had split from Sammy after their relationship became strained in recent weeks.

Pals said that Love Island winner Dani ended it after tiring of their fighting with a source revealing that “Dani was besotted with Sammy and they were madly in love but recently their relationship has become more like a nightmare”.
