REALITY TV stars have been jetting abroad to escape the UK after lockdown restrictions were lifted.
Desperate for another luxurious holiday, celebrities from Love Island, Made In Chelsea and The Only Way Is Essex are soaking up the sun in hot spots like Ibiza and Marbella after four months at home.
Within days of the rules changing on July 4 from advice, stars made the most of being able to do “non-essential travel”.
Although cruise ship travel is still banned, the government says it’s safe to travel to countries listed on their website.
One of the first to take advantage was millionaire Jamie Laing who is on holiday with his girlfriend Sophie Habboo chasing dolphins in Spain.
His Made In Chelsea co-star Sam Thompson flew out to Fuerteventura with his Love Island girlfriend Zara McDermott.
The pair have been enjoying time relaxing by the pool and dining out with friends.
Sam also hit the golf course, while Zara went shopping.Â
Meanwhile Love Island’s Wes Nelson flew out in a private jet with his pal Josh Denzel to Switzerland.
Posting snaps of the plane, Wes told fans: “Thank you for flying with Air Dior“. Grateful for everything. Music coming very soon…”
His former co-star Georgia Steel is out in Ibiza where she’s been sunning herself on the beach, posing by an infinity pool and posing as she eats ice lollies.
Ibiza has been a popular hot spot for Love Island girls to head out to this summer.
Arabella Chi, Harley Brash and Amber Gill flew out for a girls’ holiday and have been enjoying drinking cocktails and sunbathing, while showing off with beautiful pictures.
The Only Way is Essex star Gemma Collins headed out to Marbella to support her boyfriend James Argent as he returned to the stage for the first time since bouncing back from cocaine addiction and two near-fatal overdoses.
She shared a sneak peek from her stunning villa where she’s staying with a private pool and sea views.
Fans who aren’t able to get a flight out to their holiday destination will no doubt be jealous of the stars’ lavish lifestyles.
At the beginning of this month, Brits were warned by a top holiday boss that they may have to wait three years for international travel to return to normal.
Even then things may never be the same again and travellers could be forced to undergo coronavirus testing before and after flights.
But there was good news this week when Brits were told they will no longer need to quarantine for two weeks when returning to England, which the guidelines previously advised.
The quarantine rules were initially introduced last month, which forced all arrivals to give an address for where they would self-isolate, or be fined £1,000.
Last week, it was announced that travel restrictions to 75 countries across Europe, Asia and the Caribbean would be lifted to allow holidays once again.
