LOVE Island Australia is filling the void that the cancellation of the UK version left behind.

The show is also filmed in Spain and here’s what we know about the villa.

Love Island Australia is filmed in Spain

Where is Love Island Australia filmed?

Like the UK summer version, the Aussie Love Island is filmed on the stunning Spanish island of Majorca.

However it is filmed in a different villa.

The Aussie villa overlooks the Bay of Pollensa, and isn’t too far from the UK one.

Producers chose to use Spain instead of the contestants native Oz as the show was originally filmed in June 2018, which as we all know is when the Australians have their winter.

You too can stay at the Harmony Villa

Can I stay at the Love Island Australia villa?

You sure can, but it will cost you.

The spot, known as Harmony Villa, has six bedrooms, a pool and jacuzzi, a gym and much more.

Up to 12 guests can enjoy the stunning space which also boosts an impressive outside eating area.

The picturesque lounging space around the pool features heavily in the series, and you too could be sat soaking up the sun.

The impressive holiday home costs £1690 a night, so you’d better get saving if you want to go in 2021.

With non-essential travel discouraged for now, fans will have to wait if they want to experience the villa for themselves.

The villa sleeps 12 people

When is Love Island Australia on TV?

Love Island Australia continues TONIGHT,  Tuesday, June 15, 2020 at 9pm on ITV2.

It continues every night for 30 episodes.

Series one of Love Island Australia first aired in 2018.

As the UK Love Island has been cancelled for the summer of 2020, the Aussie version is being aired in its place.
