IT was only a matter of time before Love Island’s Paige Turley name-dropped her very famous ex Lewis Capaldi.
And she did it withing minutes of making of her on-screen debut, as she publicly apologised for how she behaved during the relationship – but what exactly did she do wrong?

Paige and Lewis’s relationship came to a crashing end when she cheated – with his best mate.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: Paige pretends to be a nice girl but within months of dating Lewis, she was cheating with Garry, one of his best friends.
Lewis adored Paige and, at that time, he would have done anything for her. But she obviously didnt feel the same or she wouldnt have betrayed him.
Those of us who knew what was going on felt she was pretty heartless.
Eventually, she dumped Lewis andbegan officially dating Garry instead, leaving Lewis absolutely devastated. He really thought they had a future.
Paige and Lewis started dating during their college days back in 2015.
However, she reportedly cheated with Gary after just a few months.

Did Lewis write Someone You Loved about Paige?
It has been reported that Lewis Capaldi’s famous single Someone You Loved is in fact about Love Island star Paige.
23-year-old Lewis has yet to make any comment about who the smash hit was inspired by, but sources have now revealed that the love ballad is about her.
However, Lewis has previously spoken about a girl he once dated, but did not specifically state who it was.
He said: I met a lady.
She was very nice. I loved her. I loved the look of her and I loved how she spoke.
We dated for a year-and-a-half, then she left me.
“Then I wrote an album about it and I still think about it every day.
Paige, who has had a taste of the music scene herself and reached the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent back in 2012, responded to the claims before entering the villa, denying that she is the subject of the song.
She said: “Hes never ever said to me, This is about you. Obviously its a really relatable song, for everyone.
“Hes great, hes so talented. Anybody listening to his music, itd be hard to say anything negative.”

Lewis Capaldi is currently single.
However, he is on the lookout for the woman of his trees and has signed up to dating apps Raya and Tinder.
Opening up about his relationships, he explained to The Sun: I was in a relationship for nearly two years but I have always been good at over-romanticising a situation. So if I meet a girl in a pub one night, Ill be like, Boys, Ive found the woman for me.
In reality she doesnt want anything to do with me and is telling her pals, Oh God, I cant believe I kissed that guy last night. What a state he was in.
But my imagination will run riot and Ill be like, Thats given me another song.
Has Lewis Capaldi said anything about Paige?
The singer-songwriter has remained coy on the subject.
Fans do want him to say something on the matter though and they have even called for him to enter Love Island and confront Paige over her alleged cheatingafter Paige openly apologised to Lewis for being a “b***h* in her VT during the launch episode last night.
But will he make an appearance?
Given show bosses were convincing enough to get Stormzy to make a cameo, we have a feeling fans should probably watch this space.
