THIS rather faceless tenner is set to make thousands of pounds for a lucky pensioner.
Peter Coleman, 72, was surprised to see Her Majesty’s features blanked out in a print error when he got the £10 at an ATM.
It has now been confirmed as genuine, so could be worth thousands to a rare note collector.
Peter of Littleborough, Gtr Manchester, said: “That little visit to the cash machine could make me rich.
The grandfather-of-three gave the note to a shop assistant who initially said she couldn’t accept it – before she scanned to prove it’s legitimate.
He said: “The assistant initially told me that they couldn’t take the note because of the Queen’s blank face, but eventually told me it was fine.
“I told her that I would rather keep it because it was so unusual
“I’m definitely up for auctioning the note, if anyone would even want to have it.
“I just thought that it was very unusual and that it could be a sign.”
