TAKEAWAY fans can bag £20 worth of Papa John’s pizza for £10 by taking advantage of an online deal.

The fast food chain is running an offer that will knock 50% off the price of pizza as long as you spend at least £20.

Papa John’s will knock £50 off the pizza bill when you spend £20 or more

You can actually claim the offer on orders worth more than the minimum spend and still only pay half price.

For example, if your order cost £30 then you’ll only have to pay £15, or £25 if your order comes to £50 in total.

Unfortunately, you can only get money off the price of pizza as drinks, sides and ice creams don’t count.

If you don’t want to spend at least £20 on pizza, the takeaway chain is actually running a another offer for 30% off the bill, including drinks.

There’s no minimum spend either, so you would see £5.25 knocked off the price of a medium margarita pizza (£14.99) and a 1.5litre bottle of 7Up Free (£2.49).

Overall the price would be brought down from £17.48 to £12.23, but if you are already planning to spend £20, the 50% off deal offers better value for money.

To claim the offer, you need to select it from the deals section online before placing your order, or tell the person behind the counter if you’re ordering in branch.

The discount is available in store and online, and you won’t have to pay extra for delivery either because the minimum spend to qualify for the service is £13.99.

You can’t use the offer on top of any other deal and it’s only valid until October 25, which is this Sunday.

There are more than 350 Papa John’s around the UK but as they’re franchises, not all branches are participating so it’s worth checking before placing an order.

You also won’t be able to claim the discount at stores in Butlins, Haven Holiday Parks, Ribby Hall village, Planet Ice, on campus stores or in Ireland.

Pizza fans can find their nearest Papa Johns using the locator tool on the website.

You can save even more cash by picking up a supermarket pizza to cook at home.
