PUMPKIN spice season is in full swing.
In fact we can’t get enough of the Halloween staple, with searches for ‘pumpkin spice’ up 81 per cent according to eBay, as we try to make our own version of the drink at home.
Here’s how to spice up your life — pumpkin style — for less . . .
High street hacks: A small pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks will set you back around £3.35, or you could head to Greggs, where it’s just £1.95, saving you £1.40.
But, if you have a Nespresso or compatible coffee machine, you could order 10 x Limited Pumpkin-Spice Cake pods for £10.95 (including delivery fee), which means it’s £1.10 per drink, compared with 10 Greggs coffees costing you £19.50.
SAVING: 85p per drink by using your coffee machine
Lidl cup of beans: If you have a cafetiere you could give the limited-edition pumpkin spice flavour coffee at whittard.co.uk a go.
It’s £7 for a 200g bag that makes 13 cups of coffee, meaning it’ll cost you 54p per coffee.
Or to save cash you can pick up a 50g jar of Beanies Pumpkin Spice flavoured coffee for £1.99 at Lidl — it makes 25 cups of coffee, which works out at just 8p per cup of coffee.

Scarily sweet: Enjoy a Halloween movie night with a 100g bag of Milk Chocolate-Coated Pumpkin Spice Caramel Popcorn from fortnumandmason.com — it’s on offer for £8.20. Or switch it up and save with a 120g bag of Pumpkin Spice popcorn from joeandsephs.co.uk for £5.
I spi-ce with my little eye: Spice up your eyes with the Too Faced Pumpkin Spice eyeshadow palette, £40, from cultbeauty.co.uk, or save yourself a few bob and buy the similar-looking Peanut Butter Cup palette from revolutionbeauty.com — it’s £8.99 and has great reviews.
