DO you hanker after your favourite tastes from the past? You’re not the only one.

Turkey Twizzlers fans rejoiced this week after Bernard Matthews announced it was relaunching the corkscrew-shaped snack.

Turkey Twizzlers were frozen out in 2005 after Jamie Oliver’s healthy school dinners campaign

It was discontinued 15 years ago after a wave of bad publicity following TV chef Jamie Oliver’s healthy school dinners campaign.

But they are not the only nostalgic food treat Sun readers want back.

We asked YOU to vote for your most-missed snacks from the past few decades.

Our online polls covered five categories — crisps, chocolate, sweets, savoury snacks and drinks — and a whopping 20,000 of you took part.

Fluorescent Panda Pops, Toffos and the legendary Heinz Baked Bean Pizzas made the top ten.

They edged out favourites including Dorito 3D’s, Monster Munch Blue, ready salted Chipsticks and fizzy Space Dust popping candy.

Cadbury’s Snaps and Dream bar both also made our top ten, but sadly a company spokesperson told HOAR: “We currently don’t have any plans to relaunch these products in the UK. We are always listening to our fans though, so watch this space.”

Here we break down the top ten snacks you want back — and show how many voted for each product.
