SUE Gray’s report into lockdown parties at Downing Street is so damning that senior officials believe it could leave Boris Johnson with no choice but to quit.
The senior civil servant’s dossier is said to be highly critical of him for attending events, and also the culture in No10 under his leadership.
It has been put on hold until The Met has completed its investigations.
But a senior official familiar with its contents told The Times: “It will make things incredibly difficult for the PM.
“Her report could be enough to end him.”
