POLITICAL commentator William Shawcross last night praised Boris Johnson and slammed Jeremy Corbyn over their contrasting treatment of British Jews.
The writer gushed over Boriss recent Hanukkah message stating: This speech is only two minutes but it is a work of genius. Boriss moving encouragement to British Jews show that he is clearly determined to make them feel at home in the wake of Corbyns stunning and very welcome defeat.

Shawcross said: ‘If Labour had won, Jews would have been frightened to proclaim their identity’
He went on to say that his Jewish friends were stunned by Boris Hanukkah message and that they would have been frightened in Britain with a Corbyn win.
He added: If Labour had won, Jews would have been frightened to proclaim their identity.
Boris by contrast celebrates it with them. Thus does Boris heal the country, starting with the Jews.
Mr Shawcross was previously Chairman of the Charity Commission for England and Wales.
