JEREMY Corbyn could win the election without gaining a single extra seat, Tories fear.

A party memo warns Labour is much closer to victory on Thursday than had been previously thought.

A Tory Party memo has warned Jeremy Corbyn is much closer to becoming the country’s leader than previously thought

The note, issued on Saturday, states that a coalition led by Mr Corbyn is possible with only 40,000 tactical votes against Boris Johnson.

Just 12 extra seats won by other parties such as the Lib Dems or the SNP would result in a hung parliament, according to the document.

And it reportedly goes on to say that the chances of Mr Johnson being booted out of No10 have been seriously underestimated, according to The Daily Telegraph.

The memo adds that as little as a one-to-two per cent movement in the current vote in a handful of seats is all it takes for Britain to end up with Mr Corbyn as PM.

The news comes as the latest polls show Mr Johnsons lead has narrowed, with Mr Corbyn gaining a point.
