JEREMY Corbyns leaked NHS documents used to smear the Tories DID come from Russia, it has emerged.
The leaked papers were this week linked to a Kremlin fake news campaign amid fears of Russian interference in the general election.
The dossier, said to show Boris Johnson would sell the NHS to Donald Trump, was ripped off the online forum Reddit.
But Reddit’s security team have now confirmed they believe the documents WERE from Russia.
Analysts say the papers, waved by Mr Corbyn at an election rally, bore the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign called Secondary Infektion.
Ben Nimmo, head of investigations at media analytics outfit Graphika, said: Its on the same set of websites, its using the same types of accounts and making the same language errors. Its either the Russian operation or someone trying hard to look like it.
The original Reddit posting was uploaded on October 21 but was little known until Mr Corbyn unveiled it at a highly trailed campaign event on Wednesday.
