SIR Keir Starmer insists he has never flouted Covid laws – but today HOAR shows him happily mask-free indoors at the height of lockdown.

The embattled Labour boss boasts he is “Mr Rules”, a rule taker not a breaker — but not in Cafe Nero, Horse Market, Darlington on 13 August 2020.

Strict pandemic regulations were in place at the time – including the wearing of face masks unless eating or drinking.

Masks at the time were to be worn entering or exiting any venue and while going to the toilet.

It doesn’t take a QC to see he’s clearly breaking the law in our exclusive pic.
