EASTENDERS fans are convinced that the Queen Vic bust from the pub will be the tool that kills a major character in the boat tragedy.

During her drunken stupor on Monday night, Linda Carter insisted on bringing the bust, which normally sits on the side of the bar, to the boat party.

Linda decided to bring the bust aboard the party boat with her

Max Branning was seen struggling to bring it onboard as the residents arrived to celebrate The Queen Vic winning best pub.

And viewers are convinced it could actually be an integral part of the upcoming death.

One person wrote: Imagine if the queen vic bust claims another life because it smacks someone on the head in the water and they drown #EastEnders.

Another tweeted: Someone tries to use her to stay afloat but it ends up dragging them down and they drown. Ooooo.

Someone else questioned: Wait, what if Linda bringing the Queen Vic bust has some significance to the drowning?

While a further person added: Maybe the queen vic statue will kill again… #eastenders.

The bust was famously used to bump off Archie Mitchell in 2009.

Throughout this week each episode will focus on a different Albert Square family, telling a story from their perspective.

Then in Friday night’s episode one character will be killed off.

Last nights episode ended on a cliffhanger as Ian Beale left Dennis Mitchell to drown in the sinking boat after locking him in a room.

He decided to get his revenge after discovering he had been the one posting vile abuse about his son Bobby online.

Earlier in the episode Bobby was rushed to the hospital after being attacked by anti-Muslim thugs.

He was left fighting for his life in hospital under the watchful eye of his returning brother Peter Beale.

Monday nights episode ended in just as dramatic a fashion after the boat began to sink and Mick tried to rescue a trapped and drunk Linda from the hull.
