JACQUELINE Jossa is ‘torn’ about taking Our Girl role because the gruelling filming schedule would take her away from her family.
HOAR Online revealed the Queen of the jungle has been in advanced talks to replace Michelle Keegan in the military show.
Jacqueline was said to be torn between accepting the role, which has been filmed in Malaysia and South Africa before, because of the time it would mean away from her family.
The mum of two recently completed a stint in Australia for I’m A Celeb and struggled being away from her kids.
A source told Closer magazine: “It’s her dream job since leaving EastEnders, and she’s so excited, but she’s torn, because she won’t want to be away from the kids for that long.
Also she is worried about the pressure that working away would put on her and Dan.”
Jac and Dan have put on a united front after a turbulent past year.
They have been determined to make their relationship work and even enjoyed a romantic holiday to Dubai despite him being in the doghouse of late.
The former TOWIE star was accused of a threesome with his Celebrity Big Brother co-stars Chloe Ayling and Natalie Nunn.
While in the Aussie jungle, Jac also upset over claims Dan had done the dirty on her with Love Island star Gabby Allen, courtesy of her ex Myles Stephenson.
He released a public apology before Christmas – and it seems he is keeping to his word.
Dan, 27, told fans on Twitter: “So after weeks, months, years of constant articles and rumours, some true, some very untrue. I want to publicly say, I know I have made mistakes, we all do as humans, but Ive made some that have almost cost me my family.
“I have seriously learnt from these massively, so I want to publicly apologise to my beautiful wife and my family for the mistakes Ive made.”
