And the mum-of-three looked stunning in a Hobbs coat and a Zara dress for the visit as crowds cheered excitedly.

As part of their royal day out, they will then visit Tata Steel in Port Talbot to meet with workers and their families.

The couple have been extremely busy this year already – heading to Bradford last month while heading to the glitz and the glamour Baftas over the weekend.

Their visit comes after Kate Middleton launched a major survey on early childhood, which she hopes will trigger “lasting change for generations to come.”

It is thought to be the largest survey of its kind in the UK. It was commissioned by the Royal Foundation and it is hoped it will spark the biggest ever conversation on early childhood.

Overnight, the mum-of-three released a message to mark the Place2Be Children’s Mental Health week.

She said: “For many children today, the world can feel a scary and daunting place.

“While we might not always feel brave inside, even the smallest act – such as sharing a worry or asking for help – can be incredibly courageous.

“Helping children to feel confident about seeking support can have a transformational impact on their lives.

“Being able to try new things and push ourselves outside of our comfort zone are important skills that can build childrens resilience and self-esteem.

“Learning these skills early in life can give children tools to cope with future challenges they may face in adulthood.”

The focus on mental health – a passion project for both Kate and William – come after the Duke reportedly vowed Megxit would not ruin their charity work.

CHARITY FOCUS

Last week, it was claimed that Prince William is determined his own charity work will not take a back seat – withwife Kate to be increasingly involved.

A source claimed: “William knows he will have a lot more work this year and is happy to perform whatever duties the Queen asks of him. But he is determined that wont be to the detriment of his charity work.”

They added: “Since his brother HarryandMeghanleft the Foundationlast year, the work it does has been very much in the model of how both William and Kate want it to be.”

William set up the foundation with brother Harry in 2009, with both Kate and Meghan joining as patrons upon marriage.

But in June last year, it was announced Harry and Meghan planned to set up their own separate foundation.

And the Royal Family was left reeling when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced they were quitting as senior royals and moving to Canada.

It comes after speculation of a feud between brothers William and Harry during the so-called Megxit drama.

But the royal brothers have ended their two-year feud this month, realising it was “now or never”.

The brothersdecided to hold secret peace talks because both feared the breach might never be healed ifPrince Harry moved away.
