KATE Middleton has admitted that she struggles to find time to watch films since becoming a mum.

The Duchess of Cambridge, who is mum to Prince George, 6, Princess Charlotte, 4, and Prince Louis, 1, made the admissions at the 73rs Baftas on Sunday night.

Prince William and Kate were speaking to Rising Star winner Michael Ward when the royal mum opened up about her lack of free time.

According to Hello! The Duke of Cambridge could be heard joking about the amount of films he had seen ahead of the awards.

But Kate chimed in: Having children is so bad for watching films!

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were the guests of honour at the awards at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday night.

She made the admission while attending the Baftas on Sunday evening

After the awards, the royal couple spoke to stars backstage

BAFTA President William raised his concerns about the lack of diversity at the awards during the final award of the night.

The royal,who has been in the role for a decade, said the bash needed to do more on diversity after an all-white nominee list.

The nominees for Best Director were also all male.

The Duchess of Cambridge rewore an Alexander McQueen dress she had first worn back in 2012.

Kate, 37, arrived on the red carpet of the Royal Albert Hall in a gold and cream dress that she wore eight years ago at a state dinner in Malaysia, hosted by The Agong.
