SHE may be a busy mum-of-three and a member of the most famous Royal Family in the world – but yesterday, Kate Middleton delighted fans when she shared a series of sweet family pictures for Father’s Day.
The Duchess of Cambridge posted pictures she’d taken of Prince William playing with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis in the grounds of Amner Hall on their Instagram account- as well as a couple of throwback snaps too.
In a previously-unseen image, Kate is pictured as a child – dressed in a cute checked shirt and jeans – sitting on her dad Michael’s knee on a family day out.
And while royal fans couldn’t help but gush over the sweet picture, others were amazed by how much Prince Louis takes after his mum.
In one of the photos the proud mum took of her family for Father’s Day, Prince Louis is pictured sitting on his dad’s knee too – and looks strikingly similar to Kate.
Describing the youngest Cambridge child as his mum’s “carbon copy”, one commented: “Looks just like Louis!”
Another wrote: “Prince Louis seems like baby Kate!”
A third asked: “Is that Louis or [his mother]?”
Meanwhile, others said Louis takes after his maternal grandfather.
“Michael Middleton is a very handsome man,” one royal fan wrote. “Little Louis looks just like him! Beautiful pictures!”
In the same Instagram post, Kate also shared a candid photo she’d taken of Prince William and his dad Prince Charles in December 2019.
The second-in-line to the throne is pictured with his arm around his father as they went on a family walk around the Sandringham estate at Christmas.
Needless to say, the heartwarming Father’s Day posts were a hit with royal fans – and the couple were praised for sharing their personal family photos.
One wrote: “The Duchess captures the most beautiful moments. Thank you for the glimpse into your family life.”
“The best photo of those two I’ve ever seen,” another said.
“Beautiful family pictures,” a third gushed.
